The rights to musical works must be transferred to Prodigy Records in order to receive monetary compensation, studio benefits, and affiliate benefits from CRB Films and Raymond Studios.

Any potential artists will have a meeting with Prodigy Record executives to discuss the transfer of rights for their musical work. During this meeting any potential questions may be asked before any professional agreements are made in an official capacity.

Royalties are payments given to an artist for their creative productions. Royalties will be provided after the transfer of rights have been agreed upon by both the individual and record label. 

For NEW ARTISTS royalties begin at 35% of any income earned on any Prodigy Records or CRB Films platform. Thereafter one year or both parties consult and agree upon a new contract term, will the artist receive 50% of all collected income raised from their musical work on any Prodigy Record or CRB Films platforms.

Factors for percentages include:

-Studio costs

-Software/Equipment costs

-Music Video costs

-Marketing & Promotional costs
