All creative works produced by "Prodigy Records" is subject to copyright upon its completion. This includes the melody, lyrics, and the musical order of any song. Illegal distribution or sharing of these works is copyright infringment and is a federal offense. Violation of intellectual property will be pursued with legal action.

Fair Use

Copyrighted material may be used for fair use purposes. Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
